Because our gift boxes are curated and personalized specifically for your celebration, orders cannot be returned once production has begun. We will always notify you before your order enters production, so you know when your boxes are being prepared.Cancellations may be possible before production begins, subject to our cancellation terms. Personalized items, including boxes featuring individual guest names, cannot be returned or exchanged.
